01Who we are

Hibridge L.L.C is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are registered in Egypt and based at Banafseg 5, First Settlement, New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt. Hibridge is part of Dilogic Group.

This policy covers hibridge.eg and its Arabic version. It does not cover the websites of other group companies, which publish their own policies, or the systems of clients we work with.

02The law that applies

Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 applies to us, with its Executive Regulations issued in 2025. Where another country’s law also reaches a visitor, we aim to meet the higher standard.

We are not lawyers and this page is not legal advice. It is a plain description of what we do.

03What we collect

Three things, and nothing else.

What you send us through the enquiry form

Your name, work email, company, role, the service you ask about, your message, and your consent to us holding it. We also record the page you sent it from, the language you were reading in, and the country our host reports for your connection.

What you send us as a job application

Whatever is in the CV and short note you email to careers@hibridge.eg. We do not ask for a photograph, a date of birth, a national ID number or a marital status, and we would rather you did not send them.

What your browser leaves behind

Standard server logs, which include an IP address, and cookies set by Google Tag Manager for analytics. Our hosting provider holds the logs for a short period, to keep the site up and to investigate abuse.

We do not run accounts, take payments on this site, or knowingly collect sensitive personal data. If you send us health information, religious or political views, or anything similar, we delete it unless it is needed to answer you.

04Why we use it

To answer you

The enquiry form exists so we can reply, and for nothing else.

To consider you for a role

Applications are read and kept on file for twelve months in case a role opens.

To keep the site working

Logs and security monitoring. Uptime, error investigation, abuse.

To understand how the site is used

Aggregate analytics: which pages are read, how people arrive. We do not build a profile of you or use this to advertise to you.

We do not sell personal data or share it with advertising networks. Filling in the contact form does not add you to a mailing list; if we ever run one, it will be a separate, explicit opt-in.

05Cookies and analytics

Two kinds of cookie are set on this site. Strictly necessary ones remember your cookie choice and nothing else. Analytics ones, set through Google Tag Manager, tell us how the site is used in aggregate.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. Blocking analytics cookies breaks nothing here, because nothing here requires them.

Our cookie banner records your choice in your own browser. It is not sent to us as a profile and not linked to your name.

06Who we share it with

A short list, and each one is a supplier doing a specific job for us.

Vercel

Hosts the site and runs the function that receives the enquiry form. United States.

Resend

Delivers the enquiry to our inbox by email. United States.

Google

Tag Manager and analytics. United States.

Our email provider

Holds the mailboxes that receive your enquiry or application.

We share personal data with authorities, regulators or our advisers where the law requires it. We would tell you if that happened, unless we were barred from saying so.

Clients do not receive your enquiry. If your message concerns a company we work with, we do not forward it.

07Where your data goes

The suppliers above are outside Egypt, mostly in the United States. So personal data collected through this site is transferred abroad.

Egyptian law requires a permit from the Personal Data Protection Centre for those transfers. We are still working through that regime, within the compliance period the regulations set. We say so rather than imply a position we have not yet reached.

If you would rather your details did not leave Egypt, call us instead of using the form. The number is on the contact page.

08How long we keep it

Enquiries

Twenty-four months from your last contact, then deleted. If an enquiry becomes an engagement, the record moves to the client file and is kept as long as the law requires for business records.

Job applications

Twelve months, then deleted. Ask us to delete sooner and we will.

Server logs

A short period, set by our hosting provider, for security and diagnostics.

Analytics

Aggregate and not identifying. Kept according to the settings in our analytics account.

09Your rights

Under Egyptian law you have the right to know what we hold about you and get a copy, to have it corrected, completed or updated, to have it deleted, to limit its use to a stated purpose, to withdraw consent you gave earlier, to object to processing, and to be told if a breach affects your data.

Write to privacy@hibridge.eg. Egyptian law gives us six working days to reply, and we treat that as the deadline, not a target.

We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act, because handing someone’s data to the wrong person is the failure this page exists to prevent. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Centre.

Withdrawing consent does not undo what we did while it was valid, and does not force us to delete records the law requires us to keep.

10Security

The site is static and served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy. Enquiries are handled by a function on our own infrastructure, not a third-party form service, so your message does not sit in a system we did not choose. Access to the mailboxes that receive enquiries and applications is limited to the people who need it.

No system is completely secure and we will not claim otherwise. The surface here is deliberately small.

11If something goes wrong

If personal data is breached, Egyptian law requires us to notify the Personal Data Protection Centre within seventy-two hours of becoming aware, and to notify the people affected within three working days of notifying the Centre. We would tell you what happened, what it means for you, and what we did about it.

12Children

This is a business site for people acting in a professional capacity. It is not aimed at anyone under eighteen and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to privacy@hibridge.eg and we will delete it.

13Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you by automated means. A person reads every enquiry and every application. There is no scoring, no ranking and no model deciding whether you get a reply.

14Changes to this policy

When this policy changes materially we update the date at the top. If the change affects how we use data you already gave us, we say so on the page. Older versions are available on request.
